Good news to all grandchildren of Filipino Veterans who are interested to pursue their studies. PGMA has approved TESDA Scholarships for qualified eligible grandchildren of WW2 veterans. Interested applicants must first apply & get guidelines from the office of the Philippine Veterans Office.

We missed ginataang papaya. My father decided to pick from the garden. He cook for us for dinner. Ginataang papaya mix of coconut milk, green papaya, ground pork, onion, garlic, ginger, small amount of dried fish. Mostly pilipino like this menu especially in province area.

I love to eat bread with peanut butter every day, this is one of a yummy butter. Peanut butter is mix of roasted peanuts, vegetable oils, milk, white or brown sugar.

*1 vanilla bean * 1 spring fresh or dried lavander *a cotton or linen handkerchief * a length of ribbon or string Place of all the ingredients in the middle of the handkerhief,and fold to make a paercel. Secure by tying with ribbon or string.alternatively,simply put a drop each of vanilla and lavander essentials on your pillow before you go to bed.

How to Make Essentials Oils

Using bamboo and lemon: Making essential oils is very easy. You will need a 1000ml of Vegetable oil,Olive Oil or any kinds oil. You can make essential oils from different flavor such as Lemon 15 ml and Bamboo 15 ml.Then put it into the clean sterilize bottle, then shake. For best result preserve for a weeks or months for before using.

Benefits of Massage

I started to do massage since I was a kid. I am the one who used to massage my grandmother even though there was a time that I really hate it especially when my mind is into games or TV. But of course I was scared because my grandma would get angry and would scold me if I don't massage her. But anyway, now that I am already a trained in massage, I am now foccus on when I do it either to my parents nor to other people. Massage affects the whole body through rythmicallly applied pressure.Gently pulling and stroking movements increase the circulation of the blood and cause the blood vessels to dilate. The stimulation of nerves and blood will also affect the internal organs. Massage will help to balance the system in both cases and can increase oxygen.
