Hanging violet ube , its just like a sweet potato. But the defferent is the sweetness of sweet potato. Ube is no sugar at all. We pick this ube in our very own garden. Its very nice to cook like an ube jam, ube halaya, ube puto such as ube candy and ice cream.

Killer Disease in this World

There are so many diseases that kill a lot of people worldwide. Cancer is one of those and kills thousands of people every year according to surveys. Diabetes is also considered a killer disease in the world. Other killer diseases in the list are Stroke, Hypertension, Pneumonia, Tuberculosis and Respiratory disease.

Fried Fish

When my sister is here for a vacation. She wants to eat"Tamban"Fish, but the problem is no available in the market. This fish is also known here in the philippines, mostly in visayas and mindanao area they like and love to eat coz' delicious cheeper and affordable to all. You can cook this as fried, paksiw, grilled, or kilawin.

To finish an enriching kiwi foot mask is applied. Use a little oil or lotion for the foot massage, and set at least 45 minutes to perform the entire treatment.

Papaya Wrap

Papaya is breaks down the dead skin cells, allowing the oil in the wrap mixture to penetrate more effectively to help restore the skin natural moisture balance. Papaya Wrap Mixture 1 large papaya seeded, mashed with pork or pureed. 75 ml oil such as sweet almond or cold pressed sunflower. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Also needed 2 blanket and 1 towel, plastic sheet or table clothe. How to wrap: Spread a blanket on the floor and layer one more blanket and a towel on top. Spread a plastic sheet or a plastic table cloth over a towel. Lie the person down and apply the wrap mixture. Fold the top edge of the plastic over to prevent leakage, then wrap by folding first the plastic over the person, then the layers of towel and blankets.

Halo-Halo

This is what you call Halo-halo, a great dessert that you would love especially during summer. I took this picture when we went dinner in Maxx restaurant with my mother,sister and friends. Mostly pilipino loves halo halo. Its also good for summer. You can either put ice cream, chesse or screep young coconut or buko.

Rose Lotion

* 30 ml;(1fl oz) unscented moisturizing lotion * 6 drops oil such as sweet almond or grape seed. * 6-7 drops of rose essential oil. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl or bottle.Also needed:* 2 large pieces clingfilm to wrap around hands* 1 towel and 2 oven mits or 2 towels* 2 handfuls fresh rose petals ( optional)Tips For Moisturizing:* To nourish nails and moisturize cuticles, try massaging them with one drop each of rose essential oil. Cuticles can be gently pushed back with a cotton bud.* Apply the rose intensive moisturizing lotion below to dry skin on other parts of the body, especially the elbows, knees, and feet.
