Tenolang tahong is mix of onion,ginger,lemon grass tomatoes optional green mussel or tahong, sprite, salt and pepper to taste. First saute the onion, ginger,lemon grass then add the mussel mix it. Add the sprite bring to a boil add the seasonings salt and peeper to taste. serve hot its good and healthy.

Effective in the dissolving kidney stones, colds, fever, sore throat and anti-gastric This sambong pics from our garden. My father put sambong leaves in a pitcher w/a cold water or boil the leaves as like tea and drink 3 or more times a day. And also its good for the relapse or stress woman.

We eat this rice daily 3 times a day Preparation of cooking Instructions Wash rice 2 to 3 times in cold water or until water is clear.Bring 1 3/4 quarts water stock to a boil in large pot, stir in 2lb. sleeve premium rice and seasoning packet(optional). Add butter or olive oil optional as desired and simmer covered on low heat until done about 15 min. Remove from the heat and let rest covered for 5 to 10 min. Try this red rice

One of the best viand for breakfast serve with rice and atchara. 1/2 kg.beef sirlion, thinly sliced 4 7 g. sachet Maggi flavor-it beef 1 1/2 tbsps. sugar 1 tbsp. ground black pepper 1/4 cup water Procedure Combine all ingredients.Mix well. Let stand at least overnight in freezer to allow flavors to develop. Fry. Serve 10

My father planted this herbs in our garden for our own needs in case we have a stomach pain, cold and cough no need to buy this herbs in the market, just to pick in the garden. Also our neighbors use this herbs for their kids.

Chicken Adobo is one of the best pilipino food. Sometimes if one of our viand is chicken adobo i eat plenty of rice ohh my i forget my diet. if your adobo like this..hmmm its sooo yummy. Chicken adobo is the spanish word its a seasoning or marinade. Chicken adobo is saute in garlic and onion then mix the chicken w/vinegar, soysauce,peppercorn and leaves then seasonings.Bring it to a boil and simmer.

M/V Doulos

M/V Doulos is the biggest and oldest floating library( bookshop) in the world visit here in the philippines last march. Pilipino people amaze and enjoy the library because its different from other bookstore. M/V Doulos is known as the worlds's largest floating bookfair sells thousands of different books and affordable prices. Most of these cannot be found in local bookstores and some of this are cheap. But other people are hoping doulos visit here again next year.

Yummy cake

My sister in law visit us here last monday. And she brought a yummy triple chocolate roll cake for us. A red ribbon cake one of my favorite and best cake here. That time i eated 3 slices of this cake hehehe my stomach is full. I forgot my diet. I love chocolate cakes Triple chocolate roll is a combination of chiffon covered in smooth chocolate icing.
