Fantastic Celebration

Wow, a fantastic preparation for christmas and new years eve. Mostly pilipinos adopt the old beliefs in preparing for entering christmas and new years eve to come. Like the 12 to 13 kinds of round fruits, sweets like biko, macaroni salads, round candies and chocolates, round cakes, Bam-i,wearing polcadots short or shirt. Throwing the coins, candies outside the door at twelve o'clock midnight, when the church bells ringing.

Introducing the highest Christmas tree here in Metro Manila area. It was my first time there so my classmates and I made sure to take some pictures as souvenir. It was really fun and we all enjoy watching the different color of lights decors.

Cassava w/shreeded Coconut Milk

Its too delicious for all pilipino here in the philippines. We cook for snacks, delicacies and good for dinner as a assort of rice substitute. Even if we don't have any kind of food, you can eat directly when it is cook already. Cassava w/shreeded coconut is mix of cassava rootcrops, shreeded coconut, coconut milk, sugar or syrup.

For the Very F irst Time

Yesterday, I took my very first time examination in reflexology and massage. Written and actual exam i feel very nervous. I thought the asscesor is very strict to us. Each one of us enter in the cubicle room to perform the exam one by one. Time to time while the rest of my classmates get nervous, high pressure like me. Then my instructor fell bad because of his a diabetic he can't see the test paper for exam. He is with us to take the exam for the certification of tesda because he dont have any certificate from tesda.................Attention to all the student beware of high tense during examination time. You have to relaxe and ready.

Pork Dinuguan

Pork dinuguan is more delicious food and affordable to all. Its also good for dinner, snacks w/puto maya (malagkit rice). Good for pregnant women, lacking of blood pressure. Surely you like it, if you can taste it. Mix of lean meat, small amount of intestine(pork), pork blood,onion, garlic,cornstarch,tulip or bamboo(shoote) or labong ng kawayan. bell pepper, onion leaves, pepper,lemon grass.

The Glamorous Sunset

So many pilipino people enjoy looking towards the sunrise and the glamorous sunset in the sea breeze. Old and young lovers, childrens and group of families. Most especially the foreigners while having a sight seeing or shopping in the malls. They were also eating at the restaurant near in the baywalk.While waiting and observing the view of the sunset.

Feed Your Skin

Peel and bite into an orange and you will get lots of vitamins and fibers that will help keep colds at bay, lower cholesterol, strengthen bones, prevent and dissolve kidney stones, lessen risk of colon cancer, speed up recovery from heart attacks. It is good for health, for younger and older people.

The Sweetest Lanzones in Camiguin

Lanzones Festival is held every third week of October and it is a four day grand celebration of the lanzones fruit. The most important livelihood in Camiguin is lanzones. It is when a lot of tourists come to witness the joyous Lanzones festival. Lanzones is one of the major fruit producers in the Philippines. Lanzones is a tropical fruit that grows extravagantly on the north-central coast of Mindanao. Lanzones has a pale brown skin and sweet translucent flesh. It is said that the sweetest lanzones in the Philippines comes from Camiguin. The town of Mambajao in Camiguin celebrated its annual festival called Lanzones Festival together with its harvest in the month of October. Enjoy eating lanzones.

Birds Nest

My instructor invites us to have a dinner at the restaurant.He told us to order a food, then he order also hes favorite soup (NIDO SOUP). Nido soup is made from birds nest of sagsayaw or balinsasayaw bird lives in cave in palawan,bohol or some other places here in the philippines. This is my first time the soup is good. Yummmyyyyy........... Nido Soup is mix of birds nest, ham, onion, chicharon, quail eggs.
