Sinigang na Tuna Fish

Hmm this is one of my favorite viand sinigang tuna fish. When i was in the province of la union for vacation they serve this sinigang tuna fish . I forgot my diet i eat plenty of rice because of sinigang tuna fish. Tuna is one of the expensive fish and my favorite since i was child.
Mix of radish,onion,green pepper,tomato,sinigang sampaloc, and kangkong leaves. its yummy.

Tenolang tahong

Pork dinuguan is more delicious food and affordable to all. Its also good for dinner, snacks w/puto maya (malagkit rice). Good for pregnant women, lacking of blood pressure. Surely you like it, if you can taste it. Mix of lean meat, small amount of intestine(pork), pork blood,onion, garlic,cornstarch,tulip or bamboo(shoote) or labong ng kawayan. bell pepper, onion leaves, pepper,lemon grass.
