Aroma Herbs Parcel

*1 vanilla bean
* 1 spring fresh or dried lavander
*a cotton or linen handkerchief
* a length of ribbon or string

Place of all the ingredients in the middle of the handkerhief,and fold to make a paercel. Secure by tying with ribbon or string.alternatively,simply put a drop each of vanilla and lavander essentials on your pillow before you go to bed.
