Papaya Wrap

Papaya Wrap Mixture 1 large papaya seeded, mashed with pork or pureed. 75 ml oil such as sweet almond or cold pressed sunflower. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Also needed 2 blanket and 1 towel, plastic sheet or table clothe. How to wrap: Spread a blanket on the floor and layer one more blanket and a towel on top. Spread a plastic sheet or a plastic table cloth over a towel. Lie the person down and apply the wrap mixture. Fold the top edge of the plastic over to prevent leakage, then wrap by folding first the plastic over the person, then the layers of towel and blankets.
