Pork Longganisa

A sweet garlic taste of homemade longanisa serve with rice eggs etc.

1/2 kg. ground pork
3 7 g. seasonings flavor-it pork
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup minced garlic

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a blender or food processor, grind pork mixture until smooth. Using a 5x5inch. square wax paper form 1 1/2tbsp.of pork mixture like hotdog shapes. Freeze at least overnight to allow the flavors to develop. Then fry the longganisa and serve. its more yummy if you serve hot with rice eggs in the morning.
