Macaroons de Paris is one of the best macaroons.Little rounded cookies made of almonds with some kinds of filling like (pistachio, blueberry, strawberry, manggo, chocolate,lemon, vanilla etc.People say its delicious, its different from other macaroons. Very surprising when i tasted the macaroons its delicious. All people like it especially the kids. Macaroons mix of almonds, powdered sugar, egg white, batter cream and broyage. Its not easy to bake this but try this you enjoy doing mixing the ingredients.
